The Executor's PowerPlan
The PowerPlan Method™: Executor Application Workbook is designed for women with the Executor ADHD Power Type who are built for movement.
Give you a target and you can become a productivity freight train. You can answer the emails, handle the crisis, knock out the list, solve everyone else’s problem, and somehow accomplish twelve things before lunch.
The problem?
Motion is not automatically progress.
When urgency feels productive, it’s easy to spend your best energy executing beautifully on things that never deserved it in the first place.
Your PowerPlan is about aim before acceleration.
Using the five moves of the PowerPlan Method™ — Power, Priority, Path, Place, and Pivot — you’ll learn how to direct your natural drive toward what actually matters across four areas of your real life: personal brand, work, home, and social connections.
You’ll identify where speed is creating unnecessary decisions, build simple defaults that make everyday routines easier, and create realistic backup versions for the days when you simply don’t have the time or capacity for Plan A.
At work, you’ll stop measuring success by how much you accomplished and start asking a much more valuable question:
What ONE result would create the biggest return in my career or business over the next 30 days?
Then you’ll identify what needs to stop, wait, be delegated, or simply be allowed to disappoint someone a little so your real priority actually gets done.
At home, you’ll look beyond constantly completing chores and start fixing the systems creating them. You’ll identify your highest-friction household patterns, simplify what can be automated or delegated, and create a functional reset for chaotic days — not immaculate, functional.
And in your relationships, you’ll examine whether connection has quietly become another item on your to-do list. Instead of trying to efficiently “keep up” with everyone, you’ll create space for the people you actually want more of in your life — and practice being present instead of simply productive.
Finally, you’ll bring everything together in your own 30-Day PowerPlan, choosing one meaningful priority, repeatable moves, and realistic pivot versions across your personal brand, work, home, and social life.
This isn’t another productivity system designed to help you do more.
